· No stains, perfume, or signs of use
· Sale/discounted items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return
Return Shipping Cost: Born by the customer. We will provide a return address in the UK for your convenience. The return shipping label and cost are the responsibility of the buyer.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Email support@themetrostitch.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will confirm and provide the UK return address
4. Ship the item back using a tracked service
5. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days
Important Notes:
· Refunds exclude the original outbound shipping cost
· If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria (tags removed, worn, damaged by customer), we reserve the right to refuse the refund or charge a 20% restocking fee
· For hygiene reasons, earrings, swimwear, and lingerie are final sale
· If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will either provide a prepaid return label, arrange a free replacement, or issue a full refund without requiring a return (at our discretion).
